Q: How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Q: I’m interested in participating in economic experiments at ICES. What should I do?
A: Create an account with us by signing up with your Masonlive account. Once you have created and confirmed your account, you’ll begin to receive invitations to new experiments as ICES researchers schedule them.
Q: I received an invitation email to an experiment and want to participate. How do I RSVP for an experiment?
A: You can sign up for specific experiments by clicking on the confirmation link provided in your invitation email. Note that the ICES researcher will not allow you to participate for his experiment if you do not RSVP using this link. Remember to bring your Mason ID and to be at the laboratory 10 to 15 minutes prior to the start time stated in your invitation. It is important that you are able to stay for the entire duration of the experiment.
Q: I have a question about a specific experiment. Who should I contact?
A: You should contact the experimenter in charge. Just reply directly to the invitation email you have received.
Q: Who should I contact if I have questions about ICES experiments in general or about the ICES Recruiter website?
A: Email Matt McMahon at firstname.lastname@example.org Call him in his office at 703-993-8583. He will direct your question to the correct person. If you have involved question, you can schedule please visit Metropolitan Building Room 5041.
Q: Why did I receive an email stating my account has been deactivated?
A: At the beginning of each academic year, the ICES lab manager refreshes the subscription list so that our list is filled with participants who are still interested in receiving our invitation emails. If you want to continue participating in ICES experiments, log into your account on the ICES Recruiter website and update your personal information.
Q: I no longer want to receive invitations to experiments. How can I unsubscribe from the ICES mailing list?
A: Please email the lab manager, Matt McMahon, at email@example.com and ask to be unsubscribed. You will be unsubscribed within one business day.
Q: I’m a researcher and want to reserve a time in the Arlington Lab, what should I do?
A: *First check the Arlington Lab Schedule then email the lab manager Matt McMahon and request a time slot. Slots are distributed on a first-come first-serve basis.
